Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees—just fun and fabulous products delivered to your door.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most physical products ship within 12 days, depending on the season and demand. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your Wacky Pops goodies all the way to your door!

Some of our clothing line is produced in France with eco friendly materials. 

3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress.

4. Returns

We process returns within 2 weeks of receiving them. Please return items to the address on the invoice. Items must be in new condition.


Digital Products

1. When will I receive my digital downloads?
Digital products are available immediately after purchase! You’ll receive a download link in your email right after checkout.

2. Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Unfortunately, digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. However, if you have any issues with your download, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!


Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy for physical products?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all physical goods. If for any reason you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

2. How do I start a return?
Just send us an email at support@wackypops.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning your item.

3. Are there any items that can't be returned?
Yes, our digital products are non-refundable. Please make sure you’re 100% happy with your digital purchases before completing your order.


Orders & Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods to make checkout a breeze.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@wackypops.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
